I completed the form for registration, and when I was about to pay with
PayPal there was an issue with my internet connection. Now, I need to
'continue' and pay for the registration but when I access:

Registration fee (received / expected):0 / 145 (Not received)
Your registration is *not confirmed*.
I can't 'go' ahead to the PayPal site to pay for it.
How would I go in doing this?.
