Like that: Library of Alexandria to Host Wikipedia's Annual Conference in 2008 The Wikimedia Foundation announces that it will stage its 2008 Wikimania conference at the Library of Alexandria in Egypt. The event will take place next summer. Read more or visit official site (31 Oct. 07) currently [[Foundation:Home]] features Wikimania at the bottom. It was actually a piece from September news but for conference advertisement, I retarded its removal ;D But an item released on September is a bit shabby and we may have more than just date perhaps now? I suppose CfP is a good item ... we have updated it and included open discussion already? Or do you have any other good item about conference?
