Hi Wangai, Grace,
Thanks for the thumbs up.
Grace, no need to worry regarding time. All documentation needed by m.o.e is ready, it's just a matter of droping them at their offices which I'll be doing tommorow.
As for the ICT board, I had a chat with Kukubo and he's pretty much interested in the Schools project as well as future Wikimedia projects in Kenya. He's instructed his office to coordinate with us so as to setup a meeting with Mr. Ting Chen for discussions of possible collaborations on local Wikimedia projects. Abbas had suggested 14th as the date of the meetup so I'm currently following this up with Kukubo's secretary and a Mr. Kobia who's part of ICT board's Local content team. As for attendance, I'm pretty certain that an official will be sent.
I'll give you an update once everything's confirmed.
Cheers.

Hi folks,
I've created a sample Google form that may be used for people to register for the event. It's a very basic form with starting with some questions followed by a survey of some general knowledge Wiki questions that we could use to assist us in planning on how to improve in areas that the public has little or no knowledge of.
If you feel that there is a crucial question that I have left out, kindly edit it so that I can put the final form at http://www.wikimedia.or.ke
happy holidays.

Hey Manuel,
This hasn't been reported yet. If it happened, we'll probably get a news brief at 6 pm EAT from local reporters.
Stay tuned!
