I don't seem to have any email that specs the times for the brunch and
banquet -- I'm trying to arrange things with family members, including
reservations, and they need that info. Can someone here help me out?

The manager of Winedale wants to know if any of you have special
dietary needs or food allergies. Please let me know. Please note
that I am not asking what kid of food you like.

Alas! The performance of AYL Friday night was quite moving.... Cody did an awesome job of the Seven Ages as well as Charles. He's come a long way. The little girls, young ladies were all impressive... Will was a great Touchstone. I've decided if I point my toe like he did, I'll have the scene in my pocket.... well, it worked for him...
The T-shirt I won fits!!!! It's a LARGE!! I almost didn't even try it on.... It felt so good.
I can only imagine how sad and quiet it must be after all the goodbyes were said. My love to all the players...They were indeed excellent!

Subject: [Winedale-l] Reunion Plans
The Camp Shakespeare kids left yesterday. It is sadly quiet in the
barn and at Camp. Today we sat upon the ground and told tales about
the lives of kids. They were absolutely wonderful. Joy, Clayton,
Jeff, Robert, and Bruce can tell you more.
I am writing to ask you for the following information. I need to plan
the various events and get some numbers,
(1) Will you attend the 40th Reunion on Sat, August 14? How many?
(2) Will you attend the 10:30 brunch? How many?
(3) How many seats for the performance at 2:00?
(4) Will you attend the evening banquet ( 7:00-9:00 p)?
The weeklong reunion performers and the weekend reunion performers
should respond as well. I need to know how many mouths to feed.
Thanks,
Doc

Dear Ancianos,
Hi. Later today, you'll be getting an Excel spread sheet that lists all the
scenes, the characters in them and who will play each role. Thanks for waiting,
and let us know if you have a problem opening the doc.
We are staying at a B&B called, "The Shelby," 5 miles past Winedale on the
Winedale road. Towels and bed linens will be provided (the sheets will not be
changed, but the towels will be). All we need bring, then, are toiletries and
clothes. Doc says the rooms are huge. He'd like us to be there by 4pm on
Saturday, August 7, to settle in. Cocktails before James's students perform are
at 6:30; performance is at 7:30.
Cheers,
Mary
Yep, Doc, that's the way I remember it.
Delphine was stirring the pot telling jokes in German noone understood with red haired Rosalie by his side. As I recall, that cowboy with the pressed shirt and hat was you!
Robert, I think the grey cells are slippin'.

Well Robert, the age IS showing a bit. Delphine was 100% German,
never wore a "newly-pressed western shirt" and did not own a rodeo
buckle. And I can assure you, he never wore a hat on Sunday. He DID
stir a pot, yes. How may Pearls was that?

Wait a minute, wait a minute, I resemble that remark! I got the beer brand
right! German-Czeck-- whatever. But I distinctly remember Delphine
(thankyou for that spelling) had a "work" hat, much creased straw-lacquer
thing that he wore with his work boots and old shirt BUT on the occasions of
the performances, he would put on his good "Sunday" (figuratively speaking)
clothes, I recall a buckle, yes, ("rodeo"in size and dazzle) I recall a new
"western" shirt (you know with the snaps on the pockets, etc) and his good
boots and PRESSED jeans. This man had a ruddy, sunburnt face that was
usually smiling especially when he was stirring his pot - and the pot
was...uh...round...ish....and he himself I believe was roundish. Somewhat.
He was great guy too. It's as clear to me as yesterday...which
was....Tuesday! There! --Not bad for an old man.
