Happy New Year to all! We are underway with the planning of Camp
Shakespeare '11! We have a new Camp site and new cooks and more than
a few new ideas and are looking forward to applications from kids 10-16.
I am sending you the Camp Shakespeare '11 information in the
attachment both for your own enlightenment and to pass on to parents
and kids you think might be interested in applying.
I am also asking you to consider sending a contribution to Camp
Shakespeare for operational expenses and scholarships. Last year, the
pool of former Shakespeare at Winedale students sent in some
$10,000+. That is our goal again this year. I am hoping that you
will participate in this Camp Shakespeare effort.
If you choose to do so, please send your check in any amount to me:
Doc Ayres, Camp Shakespeare, P.O. Box 202, Round Top, Tx, 78954.
Please address the check "to" The University of Texas and mark it
"for" Camp Shakespeare.
Thanks and best wishes to all. Ho, ho.
Doc
Hello, dahlings,
Both Mary Collins and family, and I and myself, happen to be coming to
Austin on the evening of Dec 27 and staying through New Year¹s. We propose a
reunion of those of us who will be in Austin on the evening of December 28
to spread the cheer and share da love.
What do you think? Where might we meet up that is cozy and has not terribly
expensive drinks?
Eager to hear from you and hopeful you will be around.
Love,
Alice
