I teach a research course at St. Ed's University called AMERICAN DILEMMAS. I
was just reading a student's annotated bibliography and realized he included
the work of someone I know and love! The annotation itself is full of hero
worship--see the sampling below.

The Texas fires are just heartbreaking/devastating, and I see online that there is one in Ruttersville, about 10 miles from Round Top. I hope all of you in Texas--and all your family and friends and homes--are safe and the weather conditions turn for the better soon. You are on my mind and in my heart.
