Greetings,
As you may be aware, Wikimedia has moved away from using OTRS as its
software for processing emails to the projects. Because of this, there is
an effort underway to rename the teams across the projects away from
"OTRS." Please help translate the naming convention page if you have time,
it will help communicate the new names out to the language communities.
