It looks like there may be some issues for people related to the long
weekend, so I'm moving the meeting to the week after (week of the
18th). In addition to looking over the bylaws, we'll also have to
talk about who's names will be on the proposal, so keep that in mind.
This shouldn't be a big deal, we can keep doing things by consensus
until the first general meeting, but the people on the list will have
some extra responsibilities.

Hi,
Per a ticket request from OTRS, does anyone know who owns http://wikipedia.ca and http://wikimedia.ca?
Thanks,

Hello everyone, I would like to schedule a meeting around two weeks
from now (the week of the 11th).
After I put off the planned March meeting due to my hectic schedule, I
have been finding excuses to procrastinate in finishing the bylaws,
and for that I apologize. I think an official meeting day is just
what I need to make sure I get them done. I plan to devote a day to
them next week in which I can finish writing the remaining section and
tidy up the ones that are already there. After that date I'd like
everyone to take a look at them for a week so we can discuss them at
the meeting.
I will be on a plane Tuesday evening, but other than that I am free
all that week. I have set up a meeting page at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Canada/Meetings/11th
in which we can discuss the exact scheduling and the agenda. If
anyone wants to volunteer for writing the minutes after the meeting
like OhanaUnited generously did for the last meeting, make a note of
it when you acknowledge your attendance on the site. If there is a
day on which you cannot attend, mention that too.
I hope to talk to you all then,
