Dear Liang, First of all, I would like to thank you for volunteering as the discussion coordinator. I really appreciate your dedication. To answer your first question, 'the first big question' is 'What do we want to build or achieve together over the next 15 years?' We hope that we can find out the answer with the discussion in different communities, and there are some topics we can discuss in order to find out the themes we want to work on. Here are some examples. - What will guide our work together over the next 15 years? - What impact or change do we want to have on the world over the next 15 years? - What is the single most important thing we can do together over the next 15 years? - What will unite and inspire us as a movement for the next 15 years? - What will accelerate our progress over the next 15 years? - What will we be known for in the next 15 years? I believe that we can try to explore different topics in the discussion. At the very beginning, I would suggest that we can try to find out our goals first, and then maybe we can talk about the technology which can be used to achieve our goals, also how to encourage the community to work together.
