First of all, I would like to thank you for volunteering as the discussion coordinator. I really appreciate your dedication.
To answer your first question, 'the first big question' is 'What do we want to build or achieve together over the next 15 years?' We hope that we can find out the answer with the discussion in different communities, and there are some topics we can discuss in order to find out the themes we want to work on. Here are some examples.
- What will guide our work together over the next 15 years?
- What impact or change do we want to have on the world over the next 15 years?
- What is the single most important thing we can do together over the next 15 years?
- What will unite and inspire us as a movement for the next 15 years?
- What will accelerate our progress over the next 15 years?
- What will we be known for in the next 15 years?
I believe that we can try to explore different topics in the discussion. At the very beginning, I would suggest that we can try to find out our goals first, and then maybe we can talk about the technology which can be used to achieve our goals, also how to encourage the community to work together.

現階段我們可以先找出發展目標，然後再慢慢找出可達成目標的方向。我認為我們可以就各方便來進行討論例如科技，參與社群，及如何讓社群可以得以持續發展作為我們的討論題目。就我個人而言，我認為我們於未來15年的發展方向，可以專注於維基媒體的姊妹計劃，例如教育計劃以及館聯計劃。
首先就教育計劃而言，我認為我們可以投放更多資源於各地發展維基教育計劃，一方面可以令更多人使用維基百科，另一方面亦可令維基百科上的條目學術專業化，使其成為一個可用的學術參考資源。
館聯計劃方面，現階段我覺得於Wikdata和Commons上有關亞洲藝術的資源尚未完善，我希望於未來15年我們可以邀請更多不同的合作單位和我們分享資源，使我們的資源庫更加豐富。
