Dear Katherine,
I hope this email finds you well.
As resolved from the recent Wiki Indaba 2017 in Accra, Ghana please find
attached the L2K.[1]
This letter consists of the feedback collected from participants on two
sets of questions (explained further in the letter). The organizers of
Indaba analysed this data on behalf of the African conference participants.
We would also like to take the opportunity to appreciate Wikimedia
Foundation support including Asaf Bartov and Kacie Harold from Community
Engagement, Jack Rabah from the Global Reach Team, and Zack McCune from the

See you soon at our next Wiki Indaba in Tunisia.
Best,

Dear all,
I hope you are well. I’m reaching out because, as we finish the last cycle
of the Movement Strategy process, I wanted to ask how you feel about having
a check-in meeting this Sunday, August 6th (similar to our previous Global
Reach Office Hours) for us to get together and talk.
I know this is a busy time for us all, but I want to make sure your voice
continues to be heard, represented, and to for you to know you have an open
line of communication through me into the strategy team if you want it. Please
let me know if you are OK with having a meeting this *Sunday, August 6th at
**17:30 UTC (20:30 Amman, 19:30 Joburg, 18:30 Lagos).*
As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any
questions.
Thanks,
Jack
Is there anything other affiliates can learn from this? So we are mindful.

This is so nearly unbelievable. In digitally advanced days as these, a
nonprofit organization like Wikimedia sharing knowledge that has even
helped Swedish education and government richly, still gets muddled.
Sad.
Maybe it's the latent function of piracy and patent laws. This is not just
good.
