In case anyone has not yet done so.  I really do suggest reading David's article [1].  

To attempt closing up the tangent I began which has been snipped into misunderstanding at this point.  Gerard posted well into this thread "We are talking about people who on or off list threaten others to kill, maim and rape." [2] My confusion is  over who is included from the previous posters within that "We".  Since no one has given me a positive answer of admins on any wiki being involved in stalking others let us all understand that no admins are known to be involved in such a thing.  Hopefully this is enough to set this tangent aside and let thread remain more focused.
