[Labs-l] Crontab not working

I am now getting the following message:
NOTE: some crontab entries have been modified to grid submissions.
      You may want to examine the result with 'crontab -e'.

Is there some documentation on this?

I only recently signed up for the mail list, so please excuse me if this
has already been discussed.
