It's rather self-explanatory: you weren't supposed to run unattended
processes with user accounts in the first place.  :-)

This wasn't enforced previously, but given that crontab got replaced
anyways the access list was restricted to actual service/tool accounts.
 Just create a tool account and copy your crontab over to that and it'll
work.
