Hello everyone
As we can meet the NHC from 19 July I suggest that we meet them on 20 July (which is a
Friday), after-which we can have the planned "Gauteng meeting" during the rest
of the Friday and on the Saturday. Please come back to us whether these days are suitable
for you, as Danny needs to now before next Tuesday. See this link for more information
about the meeting:

Hi Danny
How does next Tuesday (O3-07-2012) in the afternoon say 15h00 sound for you? We can get a
contingency to meet with you at your offices with a proper presentation for the project.
We currently have two Project documentation, one on Social development focus of the
project and the other on Logistics and budgeting.
We would be happy to present these documents so that you can appreciate the latent
potential of this project going forward.
Kindest regards

Good Afternoon Mr. Goulkan
I trust that you are keeping well. As per attached e-mail, RE:
Introduction of Wikimedia-ZA and Wiki Loves Monuments 2012.
I would really love an opportunity to discuss a possible joint venture with the NHC.
Kindest regards
Dumisani Ndubane
Good Morning Mr. Mdikane
It was a pleasure talking to you over the telephone this morning.
Wikimedia-ZA is a non-profit organization and a South African Chapter
of Wikimedia Foundation, the volunteers who brought Wikipedia and
other wikimedia projects.
We are organizing a picture contest to be held in the heritage month
of september this year. The aim of the contest is to raise publick
awareness about Heritage sites and monuments in South Africa.
People from all provinces and walks of life will be invited to take
photographs of provincial or national heritage sites and then upload
these to Wiki Commons, a data base of free images to can be accessed
and used by everyone.
South African Monuments and heritage sites are poorly covered in
wikipedia (The fourth most accessed website worldwide). We intend to
change this with the photo competition.
We would love to meet with you or your collegues at the NHC to discuss
possible partnership going foward not only confined to this
competition but many other projects. We are very interested in your
planned collaborative wiki on historical heritage shared with other
African countries and institution in Africa and we believe that we are
well placed to be of some assistance in getting this project going as well.
We would love to meet some time next week to discuss these
possibilities in person. My contact details are as follows:
Tel (Work): (011) 608 5000
Cell: (078) 019 3020
e-mail: dumisanin(a)iburst.co.za
Looking foward to hearing from your office.
Kindest regards
Dumisani Ndubane
