Strictly speaking, no. (IANAL, but I have

But you could quote choice pieces, in a review of the show.
Strictly speaking it wouldn't be legal to send me a copy of the audio
either for me to put up somewhere, but I'd still like you to ;-)

I think there's a 'listen again' feature on the BBC web site, up to 7
days from broadcast.
I recorded it to SD card and as I haven't got a computer it would be
kinda difficult but I'll see. As I say, using Listen Again would
probably be easiest.
