I have been told by UCL that it shouldn't be a problem having it there
ie availability is not a problem - at this stage. If someone were to
propose dates and add them where it says on the main bid page I could
get back to UCL and get it confirmed.

Have a look at the page in between the {{}}. That's the prefixindex, and
when used as a template, they'll appear nice and neat on the page.

Ok I get it now, cos there was only the one subpage, I didn't get what it
did.

I've also fleshed out the page with a bit of a framework and some of the
tasks mentioned already, as well as a list of people willing to help, though
only included myself as didn't want to presume.
