How about discussing the concept at the AGM? Such as fundamental change
(having a WFM board member, or indeed any other body) will have to go to
an AGM or an SGM anyway, surely?
It is a bit late, since in some sense, UK, France, Germany and the other
chapters all got to this juncture and then all of a sudden, WMF wants to
change the rules. Since the UK was late in this (Germany has had a
chapter for years), why had the overall governance not been sorted out?
