Indeed. I think no-one among the few en.wp editors at the WCA meeting
shouted "danger" because we all felt that Fæ's competence to get WCA
moving
outweigh potential problems caused by an ongoing arb case.
It should be pointed out that the motion to indef-ban Fæ wasn't drafted
into the arb case's proposed decision until 5 days after Fæ was elected WCA
chair.
