Dear Wikimedians,
Train-the-Trainer or TTT is a residential training program that attempts to
groom leadership skills among the Indian Wikimedia community (including
English) members. Earlier TTT has been conducted in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017
and 2018. This year CIS-A2K is interested to collaborate with the community
in hosting the event. Interested community members please check the

Dear all,
The Centre for Internet & Society (CIS) is seeking applications from
prospective candidates who identify themselves as female, for the position
of Finance Officer, to support its Access to Knowledge (CIS-A2K) Programme.
The job application is open to women only because we feel that a woman
Finance Officer will contribute more towards bridging the gender gap in the
Wikimedia movement and also it will bring a gender balance in the team.
This is Bengaluru based post.
Please see the detailed post here:

Dear All,
Greetings from CIS-A2K, like the previous year, the A2K team is planning to host a two-day Wikimedia Summit event for the participants taking part in the Wikimedia Summit in Berlin.
As you might be aware of that, this year the theme of Wikimedia Summit has changed and one of its primary focus is Strategy 2030. The main goal of Wikimedia Summit India is to help the participants understand the Wikimedia strategy process, learn from their work and help them spread awareness about it in their communities.
The dates for the Wikimedia Summit India is 16th and 17th March 2019, and the event will be hosted in Delhi. We're only inviting Indian participants who are taking part in Wikimedia Summit 2019. For more information, Please have a look at this page: [ https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/CIS-A2K/Events/2019/Wikimedia_Summit_India_… | https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/CIS-A2K/Events/2019/Wikimedia_Summit_India_… ] .

Greetings From Wikimedia India !
Wikimedia India takes the opportunity in wishing all the Women Wikimedians,
A Very Happy Women's Day. Let's join hands and salute all Women's who are
building our open knowledge ecosystems.
Wikimedia India wishes to celebrate the occasion in its own little way
through its program, Featured Wikimedian Of The Month.
Every Month, Wikimedia India celebrates editing by recognising and writing
story for an editor working on Indian language projects. The process is
same like featured article or featured picture.
Today, Friday, 8th March, we wish to do something different. Wikimedia
India is happy to recognise 16 different Women Wikimedians working on
different language projects.
Since it's 2019, so we have covered stories for 19 Women Wikimedians
Please find the stories on these Super-Women from India <
http://wiki.wikimedia.in/Featured_Wikimedian/Women_Month/2019>.
Also, we have come up with a blog-post on how previously Featured Women
Wikimedians are doing today. Please give it a read <
http://blog.wikimedia.in/2019/03/07/growing-women-leadership-in-india-eyes-…>
We wish to thank User:Netha Hussain and User: Manavpreet Kaur for being the
special guest facilitators for this exercise.
At last, Wishing All Women Wikimedians, A VERY HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY.
