Dear Prerna You can learn how to use a wiki, the kind of wiki used in Wikipedia, on your own, and you can learn how to create an account (recommended) for yourself in order to edit Wikipedia (make new pages, or to update or otherwise improve existing pages) on your own. But coming to the (free) workshop is an opportunity to meet other people like yourself as well as to get some focused gyan from more people like yourself who already learned how, and to enjoy the spirit of Wikipedia.
