Mother Tekla is really well located and it would seem like an event that
is centrally located will be easier for press people to reach. In terms
of costs, is there any chance that UTC (
http://www.utcbangalore.in/) has
space for us? They are equally well located and apparently charge
reasonable rates for the auditorium. I'm not sure how to check but
Bangalore NGOs like ALF have had events there and might know.
In terms of the other options. I'm not sure it makes sense to hold the
event at a commercial firm (not an event like this at any rate). And
from previous experience, I've found that the press doesn't easily make
it to events held outside central Bangalore.
However, this is just my personal opinion, I don't mean to be demanding :)
