Hello everyone,
My name is Sarah and I would like to join as a volunteer in the
administrative board. First I want to help out as head of HR, starting with
helping in the onboarding of our six new technical editors. I have a degree
in English and business in the United States, so I have knowledge about
requirements of insurance coverage etc. for hiring people in the US. I

think it's very beneficial for the journal to let Sarah head the HR
administration for the onboarding of our new technical editors. Although we
are starting small (a total work time corresponding to up to one full time
job), I think it is important that we establish it properly already,
including necessary employer coverage. I likewise declare my conflict of
interest in this support, as husband to Sarah, and I will be careful to
