Personally, I'd like to see this as a core feature of MediaWiki: given a parser
extension tag or function, list all articles that use it. I wish for this feature all the
time.
Regex search is hard to make accurate. It will catch "<nowiki><my
tag></nowiki>" when you don't want it to.
