If I'm right I guess WMF won't enforce any specific copyright on the marks.
Volunteers will be created the works and release them under commons acceptable license as
usual on their own choice.

Subject: Re: [Commons-l] Help create a local Wikipedia 15 mark!
The question is:
What copyright will the WMF enforce for the "local Wikipedia 15 logos"?
It is not unreasonable to expect this to be made clear before volunteers donate their
artwork.
Thanks,
Fae

Perhaps I misunderstood your question.
“What will the copyright of the graphic be?”
As the message says, there are dozens of graphics, and we are hoping dozens more will be
created, what specifically are you referring to when you say “the graphic”?
Are you asking if people creating new graphics will be forced to use a particular license,
or are you asking how they will be credited?

Most of the marks developed with involvement by WMF, affiliates, or contributed by
volunteers have been released into the public domain. It looks like a few are under CC
BY-SA.
You can see existing marks here:

The 15th birthday of Wikipedia, and the Wikimedia movement, is less than one month away!
The world will celebrate with us on January 15, 2016, and we need your help making local
Wikipedia 15 logos available for more cultures, regions, and languages.
You see, instead of one single Wikipedia 15 birthday mark, we've worked with
Wikimedians around the world to create dozens. From the International Space Stations to
Fondue (thanks Switzerland!), these simple line drawings show the HUGE range of subjects
you can learn about on Wikipedia.
If you are interested in helping with localised logo creation, you can find more
information on Meta-Wiki:

Thank you in advance for your help!
