Hi, attempting to access
it.wiktionary.org where I am admin I receive
the note: The connection was refused when attempting to contact
it.wiktionary.org.
Trying to access other wikimedia sites including en.wiktionary. org,
scn, nl etc. I don't have problems - so what could be the problem?
