[Wikipedia-l] Voting for the closing down of Moldovan Wikipedia

Moldovan only exist politically, not linguistically so I've been told
(confirmed by Moldovans). I don't think that is a good 'starting point' to
set up a wiki (not very neutral as Wikipedia says it should be)
