[Wikipedia-l] Voting for the closing down of Moldovan Wikipedia

Since the languages are virtually the same it's probably better for
the mopedia to redir to the ropedia, so that Moldovan users can reach
info in a language understood by them, instead of being restricted to
the crappy Moldovan wp, perhaps without knowledge of the Romanian one.
