[Wikimediaau-l] Wikipedia China - censored again?

China briefly unblocked access for it's citizens to Wikipedia. The
block now seems to be re-instated.

Does anyone know any more about this? Also I have heard that the
Chinese Wikipedia is heavily patrolled by government officials who
quash all attempts at writing anything that could be seen as adverse
to the country's image. If this is the case, maybe we should be
(trying) to do something about it?
