Is there any compromise position?  Does Brandt insist that the article
must be completely deleted, or are there only particular parts that he
objects to?

As long as NameBase and Google Watch continue to be published on the
web, I don't see why Brandt would legitimately object to Wikipedia
writing about those things which he continues to make public anyway.

Is it even clear that Brandt is willing to stop fighting against
Wikipedia/Wikipedians if the page on him is removed?  His criticisms
are certainly broader than this.

Sorry if I'm asking frequently asked questions.  I don't really know a
whole lot about the issue.
