[WikiEN-l] Notice to an Admin

If Mel Etitis is harassing you - and I haven't looked at this arbcom  
case, so I don't know, your frustration is understandable. That said,  
declaring what other people are and are not allowed to do is rarely a  
good way to garner sympathy.
