At http://www.a1books.co.in/searchresult.do?keyword=art+of+shoe+making you can 
see the book (CD?) "Art of shoe making" by certain William Brown,  ISBN 
8189940295, published by certain GlobalMedia in 2007. At 
http://books.google.com/books?id=2qUUla4IX4sC you can see the content of the 
book, which appears to be a bunch of articles copied from Wikipedia verbatim. 
No mention of Wikipedia, Wikimedia, GFDL or authors seems to exist anywhere 
in the book. See also other books from 
http://www.a1books.co.in/searchresult.do?vendorId=133-48-122-110-236-45-181-139 
which look very similar.

(On a much less serious note, I am repeatedly adding entry on Latkey to 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Mirrors_and_forks/Jkl and they are 
repeatedly removing it :) )
