For the purposes of this announcement, "Wikipedian" is actually meant
very loosely, as it's going to be a survey of both readers &
contributors, and there will be questions examining the specific
background, perceptions & motivations of both groups. The survey
should indeed give us a fairly good shot at drawing boundaries and
establishing definitions.
