Hi, folks,

Sorry for being unavailable for a while, but life has been busy. By the way,
based on the suggestions here, I've created a similar banner, including the
Wikipedia logo, available on Commons too:

Maybe in the USA this is true. It is certainly not true in many other
countries even though the situation is improving. The notion that the
contribution rate on the other projects is less has also a lot to do with
the fact that the investment in time is so much bigger; you have to know
more before you can add content in Wiktionary for instance. With the
increasing amount of "things to know" Wikipedia is becoming more problematic
for new users.. This seems not to matter much as the basic facts are largely
out in the English language Wikipedia and consequently it has become a great
resource.

NB Wiktionary, particularly the English language Wiktionary has become more
useful and also its ranking has gone up a lot as a consequence :)
