[Foundation-l] Language Prevention Committee created

Hoi,
We do not like to bang on the drums of what we have achieved. We do not even
mind when when it is not perceived that we have achieved anything at all. If
things go well, it should not really matter because it detracts from what
our organisation is there for; ie creating and providing free content.

When you prefer that that there is a steady stream of languages that start
providing good content, you are in good company as that is what we aim to
achieve. However, the thing we do not want is have more situations like with
the Belarus Wikipedia, something that has cost us a lot of time. There are
however several other situations we are trying to resolve. The absence of
message files is the easiest to resolve. It just needs a developer to do so.
