[Foundation-l] special projects committee open meetings

A quick reminder :

We are holding an open meeting of the special projects committee now
on IRC in #wikimedia-spcomm , and another next week (whether Sat or
Sun still to be decided; see below).

Those without irc access can leave questions and comments on Meta;
those who want to come next week are encouraged to note which day next
week they could make a meeting:
