There is an effort begun on Meta at [[m:Slogans]]
<http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Slogans> to document each project's logo,
description, and slogan in each language. These are the descriptions and
slogans by each language/project, since these do not always translate
readily and because different communities may have developed their own
self-identifying phrases.

It would be great if people could add the text for their projects there.
