There also needs to be some clarity about the copyright.  I'm sure that 
many interesting comments and tributes went to the White House in the 
wake of the JFK assassination.  If anyone wanted to publish a selection 
of the most interesting comments clearing the copyrights would be next 
to impossible after even more than 40 years.
