Sorry, I should have been more clear in making the distinction between
Ethnologue/SIL and ISO 639-3 for which Wthnologue is the "Registration
Authority". Ethnolgue essentially does not concern itself with
constructed languages.
The following is from http://www.sil.org/iso639-3/types.asp
