While this sounds like a minor annoyance relative to the other issues you
are facing, I put together a PHP script called 'dippy bird' that allows
you to make arbitrary queries of gerrit from the command line and then take
bulk actions on the results (like approving/merging, for instance). It
might help you out with this particular problem:
