That's where AGF kicks in. The "anyone can edit" is sacred; I believe we
should not touch it at the cost of deferring legitimate contributors. It's not that
hard to put up a prominent "Please help us, we're drowning!" note on the
wiki and increase the amount of people who review the edits tenfold.
