I am not sure, but it seems that these links are now moved to be next to
the
section titles which solves this problem.
This happens in Monobook too, for ages. In English and Hebrew, too. I hoped
that Vector would solve it, but it didn't.
It is broken in Chrome and in Firefox on XP, Vista and Ubuntu. Strangely, it
is broken in IE8 on XP, but it is *not* broken in IE8 on Vista.
