If you vote for a bug then you are automatically added to the CC list and you it's a
nice way to keep track of the bugs you are interested in using 'My Votes'.
However, at first when I saw the votes system, I too believed that more votes = more
quickly done. As this is not the case, removing votes might be a good way forward.
