Wow, great job he's doing - I've never even heard of him.
I have a suggestion that I believe would radically improve
participation: no AfD (etc.) votes, no blankings, no deletions, no
reverts and no undos unless you have written one surviving article to
"counter" it. IE, if you feel an article is so bad it has to be
removed, you first have to prove that you can make that judgement by
actually writing one that survives.
That's the hard-handed way. A softer approach is to install an author
reputation system and place it beside everyone's names and posts. The
end result would be the same.
