I only meant that the buttons should be in the pushed position when the
mouse button is down and the pointer is over the button. That's standard
button behavior. In fact, the whole toolbar could be done in CSS, and
since only (relatively) advanced browsers will support the toolbar,
they'll probably all support the CSS as well. I was thinking something
along the lines of

CSS has the additional benefit of being able to be easily modified to
blend in with different themes/skins that people might use.
