Like, if the user is logged in as $username and if there is a page named
user:$username/sidebar, that wiki page would be included in the sidebar
instead of the standard menu. Or why stop at the sidebar - the entire
user interface could be specified by user:$username/layout with a single
<<PAGE>> describing where that users wants the page contents displayed.
Next step, put the wiki source code on a (meta) wiki, so anybody can
edit it. :-)
