Matter of interest, why let the Germans have all the fun?
It should be possible to build a prototype test-filter webserver.
As in, it doesn't have any content itself, it just scrounges it all
off the real wikipedia, but behaves the same as if we had implemented
it on the wikipedia.
So, when you go to an article it checks the history list and pulls the
most appropriate version.
Performance would probably suck, but it should be Ok for light use.
