Assumably from advertised applications, like any other paid position?
As far as the past, I would have preferred if Larry Sanger had stayed
on, and in general that wikipedia had kept up w paid staffing. I saw
from the recent budget that this idea is being returned to. Thats a
good thing. Successful charities have paid staff.

time) to the wikipedia, but I would for paid admins I could trust.
