Hi,
I noticed that we haven't updated the plural rules in MediaWiki core. When
I looked at the file, I also noticed that the syntax of the rules became
significantly different.
Here's the file:

Is there any plan to update it in the core?
There is a change in the syntax of these rules, especially for fractional
support.
We have a javascript parser for these rules[1] and a php parser[2].
Both need to be updated as per new syntax[3]
