I'm not exactly sure how it's going to work but if they have some free
web preview it might be useful (both for checking if something is a
copyvio, and seeing where your work from Commons has been used).

Getty and corbis have for some time been employing people to run bots
search for images that violate their copyright. Since most people will
direct copy and paste tracing image vios isn't hard. With all the
compression and the like videos tend to go through I expect that will
be harder.
